Skinny Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Yes, there really is a way to enjoy YUMMY chocolate crinkle cookies
the Skinny way!

Have you ever tried this wonderful No-Pudge Fudge Brownie Mix?

It's a fat free, all natural mix.  I love that you can make individual servings from the box, mixing it with yogurt...and even baking in the microwave!

This recipe from Eat Yourself Skinny uses a few added ingredients to the yummy brownie mix...and WALA!

These cookies are amazing.  They can be a bit messy...but are so worth making a little mess.

My tips would be to NOT skip the chilling part, and using a spring-loaded
scoop to drop the dough into the powdered sugar, then roll it around.

Enjoy every mouth-watering bite! I do believe these cookies will satisfy your need for a chocolate fix. And if you decide to share them, prepare to be
questioned about the fact that they're "Skinny"....only 70 calories each.

1 box (they only come in one size) No Pudge Brownie Mix
1 egg
1/4 c. all purpose flour
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. powdered sugar

In a medium bowl, using a mixer, combine brownie mix, egg, flour and water until just combined; don't overmix. Cover bowl and refrigerate for atleast an hour.

Preheat oven to 350.  Grease cookie sheet.

Using a spring-loaded scoop (or two spoons), drop 1" balls into the powdered sugar. (The powdered sugar will help keep the balls together). Roll around until covered, then place on prepared cookie sheet.  Bake for 10 minutes. Cool 1 minute before removing from pan to cooling rack.
