Marsha love the little spatula and your blog. I am planning to make Bacon Wrapped Green Bean bundles on Th. Giving. Hope I'm picked.
ReplyDeleteMarsha, love your blog. I "do" the desserts for Thanksgiving. There will of course be the pumpkin pies, apple dumplings, and the cheesecake I make only once a year because it is so sinfully rich and bad for you. It has 5 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese, 5 whole eggs plus 3 egg yolks in the ingredients.
ReplyDeleteGood morning, Mrs. Baker! What a fun giveaway! :) Among other things, I am going to try to make a gingersnap pumpkin cheesecake this year, as well as Autumn hugs for edible table decor. Love from your #1 fan: Tonya from 4 little Fergusons
ReplyDeleteOne of the dishes I'm making is Bourbon-Glazed Sweet Potatoes, one of my favorite.

ReplyDeleteProbably one of my favorite recipes I make is Grand Marnier Cranberry Sauce. I started making it several years ago & it's a huge hit. I love it too because it's so easy to make ahead as well.
Grand Marnier Cranberry Sauce
Yield: Makes 2 cups
1 12-ounce package fresh cranberries
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored liqueur
Preheat oven to 325°F. Place cranberries in 8x8x2-inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle sugar, then orange juice concentrate over. Cover tightly with foil. Bake until juices form and cranberries are very soft, about 1 hour. Uncover; mix in liqueur. Cover and refrigerate until very cold, about 4 hours. Can be prepared 3 days ahead. Keep chilled.
