AUTUMN CHICKEN SALAD
4 c. cooked chicken, diced
1/2 c. chopped pecans, toasted
1/2 c. dried cranberries
1/2 c. chopped apple
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 c. sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
In large bowl, stir all ingredients together until well combined. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. Serve as a sandwich or with crackers.
