I LOVE that it only has 4 ingredients...not counting the water.
The results were fabulous. What a perfect summertime pie this will make!
I'm thinking about strawberry or raspberry next time around.
Simple & Delicious. I used sugar free jello, but 'regular' is fine too.
REFRESHING 'N' LIGHT LIME PIE
1 sm. pkg (4-serv. size) (sugar free) lime gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
3 (8 ozs.) cartons (non/low fat) Key Lime Pie yogurt
(I used light, 80 calories each)
1 to 1-1/2 c. whipped topping
1 8" store purchased graham cracker or shortbread crust
In large bowl, dissolve the lime gelatin in boiling water; refrigerate for 10 minutes. Stir in the yogurt. Chill until partially set (about 10 minutes). Fold in the whipped topping. Pour into crust. Chill until firm.
